We are the industry leader in sound baths and sound therapy.
Nobody does sound therapy like us. Our founder and sound therapist was the first to offer sound baths in this area,
and has years of education, certifications, 2 Master degrees, and years of experience to bring you the best sound baths around.
Knowing the frequencies that work to heal the body is an art, come and see the difference.
Private Sound Bath in our Himalayan Salt Cave | $350
The salt cave holds up 1 to 12 of your guests (12 max) and the sound bath is 50-55 minutes.
Private Sound Bath in our Yoga Room | $350
The yoga room can hold up to 35 of your guests (35 max) and the sound bath is 50-55 minutes.

We offer 3 amazing sound baths every week on our yoga schedule, FREE to our yoga members:
Tuesday 8:15 pm Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath - This is half Yoga Nidra (a guided calming meditation) and half sound therapy
Thursday 8:15 pm Sound Bath - 55 minutes of sound therapy, no talking
Friday 11:00 am Sound Bath - 55 minutes of sound therapy, no talking

- As per our usual, we regularly clean and disinfect high contact surfaces
- We have touchless money transactions
- Yoga boosts your immune system, releases stress, and regular exercise is good for you
- Guests are encouraged to bring your own mat and towel and any other equipment
- Rental mats and towels are available to rent and are disinfected
- Disinfecting mat cleaner and towels provided at all times
- We ask that you wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds when you come in and when you leave
- If you're sick, we ask that you stay home stay home until you feel better
- Cover coughs and sneezes, or leave the room if needed to cough or sneeze
- Our staff is healthy and looking forward to seeing you!
